Victorinox Swiss Classic Paring Knife - 8 cm - Black

A paring knife is small and sharp enough for delicate work that's difficult to do with a larger knife. This model from Victorinox's Swiss Classic range has a pointed tip, which lets you work precisely: peeling, pitting, trimming cut edges or removing a core.

The blade is 8 cm long and made of very hard stainless steel. The handle is made of PP plastic with a non-slip finish and an ergonomic shape, so the knife stays steady in your hand while cutting.

The knife is dishwasher safe, so you don't need to wash it by hand after use. Victorinox is the manufacturer of the original Swiss Army Knife and supplies this knife in black.
