Ordering & Shipping

How quickly will I receive my order?

If you order on a working day before 18:00, your order will be shipped the same day! In most cases, you will receive your package the next working day, even on Saturday. Super fast and easy!

What are the shipping costs for my order?

Shipping costs? We don't do that! With us, shipping is always free, regardless of the size of your order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code. This way you can see exactly when your package will arrive.

Can I cancel or change my order?

As long as your order has not been shipped, you can change or cancel it. Send us an email with all the details, then we will arrange it for you. Our email address is hallo@caasi.nl.

Are your products shipped from your own stock?

Yes, all products are shipped from our own warehouse. This allows us to guarantee fast delivery times.

What do you do to be environmentally conscious?

For us, it’s not just about what we sell, but also how we do it. We don’t just want to deliver your order safely and quickly to your home, but also with respect for our planet. That’s why we only use paper as filler material. No plastic, no unnecessary waste – only what is really necessary to protect your products.

The paper we use is fully recyclable and carefully selected, because we believe that small choices make a big difference. Every time you order from us, you help reduce plastic waste. Together, we can contribute to a cleaner, more sustainable world – without compromising on quality or convenience. Because doing good doesn’t have to be complicated. 🌱

How can I contact you?

Our customer service can be reached by email at hallo@caasi.nl. We are available from Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 18:30. Please note: we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

How quickly do you respond?

By phone we are available during office hours. By email we aim to answer your question within 24 hours, on working days. Questions during the weekend will be answered the next working day.

Returns & Warranty

How can I return a product?

Returns are very easy and completely free. Through our return portal you can arrange everything yourself, from registering your return to downloading the return label. As soon as we have received your return, we will process it as soon as possible.

What are the conditions for returns?

You have 30 days to consider whether you want to keep the product. Products must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

Please note: Hygiene products, such as earplugs or other products that come into contact with the skin, cannot be returned if they have been opened or used.

How do I get my money back after a return?

We only do refunds and do not offer credit notes or vouchers. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will usually refund the purchase amount within 3 working days. Often this is even faster!

What about warranty?

We offer a standard 1-year warranty through us. For the second year, you can go directly to the manufacturer. Did you buy an electronic device? Then you can often report a defect directly to the manufacturer as a return, so that they will solve it for you free of charge within the warranty. Would you rather have us arrange this for you? No problem, we are always ready to help you and take the process off your hands.

Security & Payment

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay with us with iDEAL, credit card or afterwards via Klarna. With Klarna you have 30 days to pay for your order.

Is it safe to pay with you?

Absolutely! We use a secure payment environment (SSL). Your data is fully encrypted and processed securely.
