Ordering and shipping
If you order on a working day before 18:00, your order will be shipped the same day! In most cases, you will receive your package the next working day, even on Saturday. Super fast and easy!
Shipping costs? We don't do that! With us, shipping is always free, regardless of the size of your order.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You'll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
As long as your order has not been shipped, you can change or cancel it. Just send us a message and we will arrange it for you.
Returns and warranty
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we're happy to help. Just email us directly and we'll take you through the process.
You have 30 days to consider whether you want to keep the product. Products must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
Please note: Hygiene products, such as earplugs or other products that come into contact with the skin, cannot be returned if they have been opened or used.
We only do refunds and do not offer credit notes or vouchers. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will usually refund the purchase amount within 3 working days. Often this is even faster!
We offer a standard 1-year warranty through us. For the second year, you can go directly to the manufacturer. Did you buy an electronic device? Then you can often report a defect directly to the manufacturer as a return, so that they will solve it for you free of charge within the warranty. Would you rather have us arrange this for you? No problem, we are always ready to help you and take the process off your hands.

Yes, all products are shipped from our own warehouse. This allows us to guarantee fast delivery times.

Security and payment
You can pay with us with iDEAL, credit card or afterwards via Klarna. With Klarna you have 30 days to pay for your order.
Absolutely! We use a secure payment environment (SSL). Your data is fully encrypted and processed securely.

By phone we are available during office hours. By email we aim to answer your question within 24 hours, on working days. Questions during the weekend will be answered the next working day.

MagSafe is a magnetic technology from Apple. It ensures that accessories such as chargers and cases click securely into place and charge steadily.
Yes, we have accessories for both the latest models and older Apple devices. Always check the product description to make sure the product is suitable.
For iPhones, we recommend a 20W charger. For MacBooks, it depends on the model, but usually 60W or 96W is a good choice. Check the product details for specific recommendations.
