About this product longer description
This saucepan from KLAUSBERG is made from 18/10 stainless steel and has a rounded base with a tightly fitting glass lid. This combination lets you cook with little moisture: the lid keeps the steam inside the pan. With a diameter of 12 cm and a capacity of 0.5 litres, this is a size for smaller portions, such as a sauce or a small amount of liquid.
The inside is scratch-resistant, even when you work in it with a whisk. The pan has a measurement scale, so you can see straight away how much is in the pan while cooking, without measuring separately. There's a pouring spout on the rim for pouring out. The straight handle is also made of stainless steel.
The pan is suitable for all heat sources: electric, gas, halogen, ceramic and induction. It has no non-stick coating. The pan can go in the dishwasher, although the manufacturer advises washing it by hand. The pan is not suitable for the microwave. The manufacturer states that the pan can feel heavy and that the handle can get hot with a wide flame.
