The TensCare iTouch Sure is a medical device developed for women aged 30-70 with incontinence issues. The device trains your pelvic floor muscles via a vaginal probe that delivers gentle electrical impulses, similar to natural nerve impulses.
You can choose from 4 fixed programs: for stress incontinence (when coughing, sneezing, exercising), urge incontinence (sudden urge), mixed incontinence, and a toning program for aftercare. You can gradually increase the intensity in 0.5 mA steps, allowing you to comfortably find your own level.
The device has a backlit screen, one-touch memory, and automatic shutdown after 20 minutes. A safety system resets the stimulation to 0 if contact is lost. Standard sessions last 20 minutes, but you can adjust the timer from 0 to 90 minutes.

Is the iTouch Sure safe to use?
Yes, the device has a built-in safety system that resets the stimulation to 0 and gives a signal if contact is lost. It also automatically switches off after 20 minutes to prevent overstimulation.
When should I not use the iTouch Sure?
Do not use during pregnancy, in the first 6 weeks after childbirth or pelvic surgery, with urinary tract infections or vaginal infections. If you have a pacemaker: do not use electrode pads.
How do I adjust the treatment time?
The device is set to 20 minutes by default. You can adjust the timer to 0, 20, 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes via the settings. Hold the on/off button for 3-5 seconds to start.
How do I maintain the vaginal probe?
Clean the probe before and after use with mild soap and warm water. Dry thoroughly and store in the supplied storage pouch. Replace the probe if damaged for optimal hygiene and function.
