How often should I descale the machine?
This depends on your water usage and water hardness. With average use (2-3 cups per day), approximately every 2-3 months. The descaling powder is included, and the machine has a built-in descaling program.
Can I use pre-ground coffee?
Yes, the machine works with pre-ground coffee. For best results, use freshly ground coffee with a fineness suitable for espresso. The ideal dose is 18 grams per double shot.
Why does it only take 3 seconds to heat up?
The ThermoJet heating system heats only the required amount of water directly when in use, instead of keeping a large boiler hot. This saves energy and time.
