The Vamp! eyeshadow by Pupa Milano is a mono eyeshadow: one shade per pan, here from the gold and copper shades. The texture is a powder that can be used in two ways.
That's the wet & dry formula: you apply the eyeshadow dry or wet, giving you different effects with the same shade. According to the manufacturer, the result lasts a long time.
The ingredients list includes jojoba oil (Simmondsia chinensis seed oil), tocopheryl acetate, silica and dimethicone, among others. The eyeshadow is dermatologically tested. Carmine (CI 75470) is used as a colourant, and the product is not vegan.
Once opened, the eyeshadow can be used for six months; unopened, the shelf life is more than 30 months. The text on the packaging is English and universal. Don't use the product if you're allergic or sensitive to any of the ingredients.
