Semi-permanent blue cream dye that you use straight from the tub without peroxide. Rockabilly Blue is a neutral, cool blue that fades a little more with every wash.

Rockabilly Blue is one of the strongest true, neutral blue shades in Manic Panic's Classic line. On untreated, unbleached hair, the colour mainly leaves cool tones behind. For a bold result, the manufacturer recommends first bleaching the hair to light blonde level 9 and then toning it, so unwanted undertones stay away.
The dye is a ready-to-use cream with 0% hydrogen peroxide and no ammonia. So mixing isn't necessary: you pour the desired amount into a dye bowl and spread it with a brush through towel-dried hair that you've first washed with a pH-neutral shampoo. Keep a good centimetre of distance from the scalp while doing so.
Leave the colour to develop for 15 to 30 minutes; heat during development gives a deeper colour. Because this is a semi-permanent colour, the result fades with every wash. Washing with cold water keeps the colour longer. The formula is not tested on animals.
