About this product longer description
Hot Hot Pink is a cool-toned, medium neon pink from Manic Panic's Classic line. On the lightest blonde (level 10), the colour glows vividly under blacklight. On untreated, unbleached hair, the same dye gives deeper pink tones instead of a neon effect.
The dye is semi-permanent, contains no ammonia and 0% hydrogen peroxide. So you don't mix anything into it: the cream goes straight onto towel-dried hair that has first been washed with a pH-neutral shampoo. You apply it with a hair dye brush, keeping a good centimetre away from the scalp, and then comb through until the product starts to foam slightly.
The processing time is 15 to 30 minutes. If you want a deeper colour, you can keep the hair warm while it develops. Rinse thoroughly afterwards. Because the dye is semi-permanent, the colour fades with every wash; washing with cold water keeps it going longer.
The colouring technique is full coverage, intended to colour the hair along its full length. The formula is not tested on animals. Always test the product on a small strand of hair beforehand.

Do I need to mix this dye with peroxide?
No. The dye contains 0% hydrogen peroxide and no ammonia and goes straight from the tub onto the hair. Wash the hair beforehand with a pH-neutral shampoo and apply the dye to towel-dried hair.
How long should the dye be left on?
Leave the product to develop for 15 to 30 minutes. If you want a deeper colour, keep the hair warm while it develops. Rinse thoroughly afterwards.
Does the neon colour also work on darker hair?
