The LEGO Friends donut shop 41723 is a building set that lets children make up their own stories around art lover Liann and baking fan Leo, who has just moved to the city. The play takes place in Heartlake City, where children discover locations and act out everyday adventures.
The set belongs to the LEGO 4+ range, designed for a quick building experience. This comes with a starter brick: a sturdy base on which the model is built up further. The building instructions are in Dutch.
The shop comes with accessories for role play: a bowl, berries, a cup, 3 donuts, juice, money, 2 chairs and a table. The bricks are made of plastic and the set works without batteries or a power supply.
Anyone who wants to follow the building process digitally can use the LEGO Builder app. In it, you can zoom in on the model, rotate it in 3D, save sets and track your progress. The app is not needed to build the set or play with it. The set was released in 2022 and carries a CE mark.
