The Color Queen Oilshadow from L'Oréal Paris is a mono eyeshadow in powder form with pure colour pigments. This variant has a shimmer finish, giving the colour a glossy look on the eyelid.
What sets this eyeshadow apart is the addition of essential oils to the formula. Those oils boost the colour pay-off and at the same time give a comfortable feel on the skin. The texture is ultra blendable, so colours are easy to blend out.
You can apply it with an eyeshadow brush or your fingertips. If you use several colours, blend them with a brush: a lighter shade in the inner corner of the eye gives a brighter look, a darker colour in the brow bone creates depth.
