About this product longer description
The Malabar is an electric pepper mill that you operate with one button. You hold the mill over your dish, press the button and the mill grinds by itself: turning with two hands isn't needed.
While grinding, an LED light switches on automatically. It shines on the spot where the pepper falls, letting you see how much you're adding. This helps especially with dark pans or at the table in dim light.
The grind setting is adjustable. For a sauce you set it fine, for a steak for example you choose a coarser grind. The grinding discs are made of stainless steel, the housing is plastic in black. The mill is refillable, so you top it up with peppercorns again when it's empty.
The appliance is 23 cm tall and has a diameter of 5 cm. It runs on 4 AA batteries; these are not included.
