About this product longer description
You connect the Mini Ultra 3 to your car's USB port, turning your existing wired Apple CarPlay or Android Auto system into a wireless connection. No extra app is needed: after connecting and the first pairing, your phone connects automatically as soon as you start the car.
The connection runs via Bluetooth 5.2 combined with dual-band wifi on 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz. Navigation via Google Maps or Apple Maps, music via Spotify or YouTube Music, hands-free calling and the voice assistant (Siri or Google Assistant) all remain available. The steering wheel buttons and the touchscreen of the car system also keep working as normal.
Please note the compatibility: the adapter only works in cars from 2017 onwards that come factory-fitted with wired Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. On the phone side, iOS 10 or newer, or Android 11 or newer, is required. The adapter has a USB-A connection and receives firmware updates online via OTA.
