Its compact design allows for placement anywhere in the home. The hub is powered via USB-A and can be connected to a computer, laptop, power bank, or adapter. Thanks to its adjustable position, the device can rotate 210 degrees for optimal placement.
A unique feature is its built-in WiFi repeater function. The Hub E1 not only strengthens the Zigbee network but also acts as a 2.4 GHz WiFi repeater, which improves the connection stability of other devices.
The hub supports IFTTT for advanced automations and works seamlessly with all Aqara sensors, switches, and other smart home devices in the ecosystem.

Can I use the hub without internet?
Local automations work without internet, but app control and voice assistants require a WiFi connection. Initial setup also requires an internet connection.
Does this hub work with existing Aqara devices?
Yes, the Hub E1 is compatible with all Aqara devices. Existing devices can be easily transferred to this new hub via the Aqara app.
How does the WiFi repeater function work?
