About this product smart climate monitoring
The TP-Link Tapo T310 is a smart sensor that monitors temperature and humidity in your home. With a Swiss sensor, it accurately measures the indoor climate every 2 seconds and sends real-time data to your smartphone.
The sensor works with other Tapo devices to automate your home. Set it to turn on the heating if the temperature drops too low, or to start a fan if humidity is high. All data is stored in graphs so you can identify patterns.
You will receive instant notifications on your phone when temperature or humidity falls outside your set values. Ideal for nurseries, basements, greenhouses or other spaces where climate is important.
Installation is flexible: hang it with the included cord, stick it with the adhesive strip, attach it magnetically or simply place it down. For all smart functions, you will need a Tapo H100 hub.

Do I need a hub for this sensor?
Yes, for all smart functions such as automation and app notifications, you need a Tapo H100 hub. Without a hub, you can only take local measurements via Bluetooth.
How long does the battery last?
The included CR2450 battery lasts approximately 2 years with normal use. You will receive a warning in the app when the battery is running low.
Can I use multiple sensors in different rooms?
Yes, you can connect multiple T310 sensors to one Tapo H100 hub. Each sensor will then monitor its own room and you will see all data in one app.
Is the sensor suitable for damp areas like bathrooms?
The sensor can measure humidity, but it is not waterproof. Do not use it in direct contact with water or in extremely humid environments such as showers.
