The Milk Skin toner from Tirtir is a facial toner with a milky substance. The formula is hydrating and contains glycerine, betaine, sodium PCA and sodium hyaluronate, among other ingredients.
Niacinamide is near the top of the ingredients list, right after water, glycerine and butylene glycol. It also contains ceramide NP, panthenol, allantoin and beta-glucan, complemented by plant extracts such as rice bran (Oryza sativa), chamomile, witch hazel, centella asiatica and green tea. The peptides copper tripeptide-1 and acetyl hexapeptide-8 are also part of the formula.
