The Tirtir Milk Skin toner is a facial toner from Korea with a hydrating formula. Niacinamide is listed high in the ingredient list, right after water, glycerine and butylene glycol, which means it's one of the main ingredients.

Besides niacinamide, the toner contains ceramide NP, sodium hyaluronate, panthenol, allantoin, betaine and sodium PCA. The formula also contains two peptides: copper tripeptide-1 and acetyl hexapeptide-8.
