The BLONDME Glow Toner range is an acidic toner line for all types of pre-coloured hair. The toner is designed to perfect blonde tones in a processing time of 10 minutes.
The gentle, non-damaging formula neutralises and enhances blonde nuances without changing the hair colour base. So you're working within the blonde tone that's already there, instead of layering a new colour base over it. The formula is free from ammonia and contains no hydrogen peroxide.
Thanks to AcidicGlow Technology, light is not only reflected on the surface of the hair but also penetrates into the inner layers of the hair. This creates a second reflection, giving a shine that comes from within.
The toner has a cream texture and is specified for professional use. The packaging is in German.
