The Rimmel London Professional eyebrow pencil is intended to give eyebrows a natural shape and colour. With the pencil end, you first draw the shape and then fill in the gaps. On the other end there's a comb you use to brush the hairs into shape through the colour.
The pencil has a thin design, so you can draw fine lines instead of broad strokes. The colour 004 Black Brown falls into the brown colour group. The formula is smudge-proof and water-resistant, so the look stays put all day.
The pencil is dermatologically tested. After opening, the product can be used for six more months; unopened, it keeps for more than thirty months. Store it dry, closed and at room temperature, and keep it out of reach of young children. This pencil is not vegan and the packaging text is in English.
