The Vamp! Wet & Dry eyeshadow by PUPA Milano is a mono eyeshadow in powder form, in the nude-brown shade 404 Cold Taupe. The name refers to the two ways you can use the eyeshadow: dry or wet.
The two methods each give a different effect, so with the same shade you can vary between a softer and a more intense build-up. The finish is shiny and the colour is developed to be long-lasting.
The formula is dermatologically tested and contains squalane and tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), among other ingredients. The product is not vegan. The packaging is in Dutch and the eyeshadow is produced in Italy. Once opened, the product keeps for six months.
