The Vamp! Matt eyeshadow from PUPA Milano has a matte finish, so without gloss or shimmer. The formula contains intense colour pigments, so the colour sits deeply on the eyelid.
This is a mono eyeshadow: one shade per compact, in this case the cream-coloured Vanilla Cream from the beige colour group. That lets you wear the shade on its own or combine it with other colours you already have. The powder texture is easy to apply and can be worked into a soft transition.
