About this product longer description
The Philips SHK2000 is an on-ear headphone designed for children aged 4 and up. The maximum volume is limited to 85 dB, so the volume cannot be turned up beyond that limit. The ear cushions rest on the ear and the housing is closed.
The headband is ergonomic and adjustable, so it grows along with your child. The ear cushions are soft for a comfortable fit, and according to the manufacturer, the design can take a knock. The headphones themselves don't need a battery.
You connect using the fixed cable of 1.20 metres and a 3.5 mm jack. The cable cannot be disconnected. Bluetooth, noise cancelling and a microphone are absent: this is a wired model without voice functions.
Technically, the SHK2000 works with 32 mm speakers, an impedance of 32 ohm, a sensitivity of 99 dB, a maximum power of 40 mW and a frequency range of 12 to 22,000 Hz.
