The Intelli Wrap cuff is intended as a replacement for the cuff of a blood pressure monitor you already have. According to the manufacturer, it fits the Omron M3 Comfort, the M6 Comfort (the new model from 2014), the M7 IT and the M7 Intelli IT AFIB; the product title also mentions the M4 IT.
