About this product longer description
The Maono PD200X is a dynamic microphone with a cardioid polar pattern: the sound is picked up mainly from the front. The frequency range runs from 50 to 15,000 Hz. The microphone is specified for broadcast use, so for streaming, podcasts, YouTube videos, voice-overs and gaming.
You can connect it in two ways. Via USB you connect the microphone directly to a Windows PC, a Mac or a PS4 or PS5, without installing extra software. The included USB cable is 2.5 metres long. Via the 3-pin XLR output you connect it to equipment that supplies phantom power.
The controls are on the metal housing: a mute button, a gain knob and a volume control. There is also a headphone output, so you connect headphones directly to the microphone. The microphone is adjustable and mounts on a stand.
