Air filter - open power filter - Chrome

This is an open, cone-shaped air filter, also known as a power filter or performance filter. Instead of sitting in a closed filter housing, the filter sits freely on the intake, making it visible under the bonnet. The finish is red with chrome.

The filter medium is cotton, coated with stainless steel mesh. This construction is designed for long-term use: you don't throw away a cotton filter, you clean it periodically with a cleaning kit. Separate kits are available for this.

This is a universal version. The filter comes with mounting adapters in different internal diameters: 76, 70, 65, 60 and 55 mm, which fit most cars. The cone is 160 mm tall, 155 mm wide at the bottom and 118 mm at the top, so check in advance whether there's enough space where you want to mount the filter.
