Springform tin with granite non-stick coating. The ring releases from the base, so you take the cake out of the tin in one piece. The coating is free from cadmium and lead compounds.

About this product longer description

This round cake tin from KLAUSBERG is a springform tin: the baking ring can be released from the base. That means you do not have to turn the cake over or prise it loose, but simply lift the ring away once the cake has cooled. That helps with light or delicate cakes.

The tin has a grey granite non-stick coating. That coating is free from cadmium and lead compounds, is hard and does not scratch easily. The layer also protects against rust and makes baking and releasing cakes easier.

The tin can be used at temperatures from -20 to +220 °C and is oven-safe. After baking, the tin can go in the dishwasher. The tin is not suitable for the microwave. The tin has a diameter of 24 cm and a height of 6.8 cm.
