Flower by Kenzo Ikebana is an eau de parfum for women with a woody floral fragrance. The scent revolves around three notes: Sobacha tea with roasted accents, the Sakura flower enhanced with tuberose absolute from India and sandalwood essence from Australia. This structure of three refers to ikebana, the Japanese art of flower arranging in which the balance between three elements is central.
The eau de parfum was developed by perfumer Alexandra Monet together with master perfumer Alberto Morillas. Ninety percent of the ingredients are of natural origin; alcohol, parfum and water form the basis of the composition.
The bottle is inspired by the Japanese kakemono, with the Sakura flower running up the glass. Kenzo Parfums uses a glass cap here for the first time, which is recyclable. The glass contains 15% recycled material, the paper of the box comes from FSC-certified forests and the printing inks are of organic origin.
The perfume is made entirely in France. The bottle with spray contains 40 ml and is not refillable.
