This henna hair dye from Herbal Time colours your hair without ammonia, PPD, PTD, parabens or hydrogen peroxide. The hydrogen peroxide percentage is 0%. This makes the formula also suitable for people with a sensitive scalp or who've previously had an allergic reaction to hair dye containing ammonia.
The dye is a cream that comes ready to use: there's no need to mix it with a developer, you apply it directly. As a colour rinse, the product works semi-permanently, with an average lifespan of four to six washes. The technique is suitable for full coverage, and up to 80% grey hair coverage is stated; for grey hair, the dye needs longer to develop.
Nettle extract, olive oil, castor oil and vitamin F have been added to the formula. According to the manufacturer, this keeps hair easier to comb through. For shoulder-length or thick hair, two packs are recommended. Herbal Time is produced by Rosa Impex Ltd. in Bulgaria.
