613 penny talk is a brown nail polish from the essie original collection with a metallic finish. Where a classic nail polish gives a flat block of colour, this shade makes the light shimmer on the nail.
The original bottles have a wide, flared brush. According to the manufacturer, this lets you apply the polish quickly and easily: depending on how much coverage you want, you apply one or two coats.
essie describes a manicure in four steps for it. You first clean the nails and apply an essie base coat, then the colour, then an essie top coat for protection and shine, and finally essie apricot nail & cuticle oil on the cuticles. If you are short on time, you can use quick-e drying drops after the last coat to speed up drying.
The nail polish is dermatologically tested and the packaging is Dutch-language.
