The bottle has a wide brush. You apply one or two coats as you like, so you decide how opaque the colour becomes.
essie places the polish within a four-step manicure: clean and prepare the nails with an essie base coat, then apply the colour, followed by an essie top coat for shine and protection, and finally hydrate the cuticles with essie apricot nail & cuticle oil. If you're short on time, you can use quick-e drying drops after the last coat to speed up drying.
The polish is dermatologically tested and is manufactured in France. The text on the packaging is in English.
