The essie Gel Couture matte top coat is a clear sealing layer that you apply over polished nails. Instead of the shine of a gel look, this layer gives a matte effect. A UV lamp isn't needed: the layer cures without a device, so you can do the treatment at home.
For the best result, first apply essie Gel Couture nail polish in the colour of your choice. Let that layer dry completely and then apply the top coat. The top coat protects your manicure for up to 15 days; reapply it on day 7 to maintain that result.
Removal works like regular nail polish, so a separate soak-off treatment isn't needed. The formula is fast-drying and the 13.5 ml packaging is Dutch-language. The top coat belongs to the essie Gel Couture line.
