About this product longer description
The edding 780 is a gloss paint marker with pigment ink that writes opaquely, permanently and smudge-proof. The ink adheres to smooth surfaces such as glass, metal, plastic and coated paper, and remains visible on dark and transparent materials too.
The plastic tip is set in metal and lays down a 0.8 mm line. A valve system regulates the ink flow. You shake the marker with the cap on, press the tip down a few times on a test sheet until the ink starts to flow, and then apply the paint in smooth, flowing movements.
The ink dries quickly and is weather-resistant, extremely light-resistant and rub-resistant, so markings stay legible for a long time indoors and outdoors. The marker is waterproof and can therefore also be used to label black PVC pots in the vegetable garden. The ink has a low odour and contains no added toluene or xylene.
The barrel is made of aluminium and replacement tips are available separately. Store the marker well closed and horizontally, at a temperature between 5 and 30°C.
