About this product longer description
The edding 4200 is a porcelain pen for painting and decorating porcelain, glazed ceramics and heat-resistant glass. Think of mugs, plates or bowls that you want to give a design of your own.
The tip is a flexible brush tip with a line width of 1 to 4 mm. By varying the pressure on the tip you colour in larger areas or add fine details, without the ink dripping or smudging.
The pens are filled with quick-drying, water-based pigment ink. That ink is lightfast and remains correctable as long as the piece has not yet been fired. Fixing is done in the oven: 25 minutes at 160°C. After that, the decoration is dishwasher-safe up to 50°C.
The pens are ready to use straight away, no pumping or shaking needed. The set is intended for children and adults from 8 years.
