The Deluxe Pomade from Dapper Dan is a water-based pomade with the shine you'd normally see with wax-based or greasy pomades. Because the formula is water-based, it washes out easily when you wash your hair.

The hold is medium: your hairstyle stays in place all day, while the pomade doesn't set as hard as many other water-based pomades do. That means you can recomb your hair at any time; restyling works most smoothly with a wet comb.

The result depends on how much you use. A small amount on dry hair gives a natural shine, while more water and more pomade create a smooth, authentic thirties look. The pomade is versatile enough for most styles and, according to the manufacturer, suitable for all hair types.

The scent is a combination of vanilla and honey. A tub contains 100 ml and keeps for twelve months after opening.
