The Professionale Eye Pencil by Collistar is a soft, blendable eye pencil with a full, rich texture. The formula is waterproof and long-lasting, with a result of up to 24 hours, and adheres in a way that prevents smudging.
The pencil can be used in three ways. With the little brush you blend the colour out as eyeshadow. You can also draw a precise line along the eye contour with it, or apply the pencil to the inner rim of the eye for a kohl effect.
The formula is vegan friendly, without ingredients of animal origin and without silicones, and enriched with carnauba wax. That wax makes the pencil easy to blend and gives a full colour.
The product is dermatologically and ophthalmologically tested and nickel tested. It is suitable for people with sensitive eyes and for contact lens wearers. This shade, 8 Azzurro Cobalto, is one of the fourteen colours in the line.
