About this product longer description

This relay set from AMIO runs on a supply voltage of 12 V and can switch a maximum current of 40 A. This makes it suited for applications in a vehicle's electrical system, such as switching on lighting, an ignition immobiliser or a car alarm.

The relay has five connectors with a width of 6.3 mm and a coil resistance of 82 Ω. The housing measures 28.5 x 28.5 x 25 mm and has a built-in mounting bracket with a mounting hole, so you can screw the relay into a fixed spot instead of leaving it loose in the wiring.

The included socket connects to all five pins and comes with 14.5 cm of wiring. The five wires are coloured red, black, yellow, white and blue, so you can tell the connections apart during installation. Three wires have a thickness of 16 AWG, the other two 18 AWG.
