The Multiplay pencil from Pupa Milano is double-ended: the colour pencil is on one end, a smudger on the other. That gives you three ways to wear it. You draw a line along the upper and lower lash line, you fill in the waterline as kajal, or you blend the drawn line out into eyeshadow with the smudger.
The texture is creamy soft, so the colour applies and blends smoothly. The finish is matte, so the colour sits on the eyelid without shine. According to Pupa Milano, the colour is long-lasting. This pencil is not waterproof.
The pencil is dermatologically tested and is made in Italy by MICYS COMPANY S.p.A. Carmine is used as a colour additive; the product is therefore not labelled as vegan. Once opened, it keeps for twelve months, unopened for more than thirty months.

How do I apply this pencil?
Start at the inner corner of the upper eyelid and follow the lash line to the outer corner. Repeat this on the lower eyelid. You can then soften the line slightly with the smudger on the back end.
Can I also use it as eyeshadow?
Yes. First draw the line with the colour pencil and then blend it out with the smudger on the back of the pencil. This turns the line into a soft eyeshadow.
Is this eye pencil waterproof?
