The Made to Last Waterproof Eyeshadow from Pupa Milano is an eyeshadow in stick form. The formula is waterproof and long-lasting, with a creamy, soft texture that lets the colour blend evenly over the eyelid. The finish is shimmery.
The packaging works with a twist-up mechanism: you twist the stick in and out using a twist at the bottom, so the tip doesn't need to be pressed and doesn't break. There's a sharpener on the back of the stick. Sharpening the stick lets you apply the colour precisely and also use it as an eyeliner.
You apply the eyeshadow over the entire eyelid and blend it with your fingertip or with the Eye Base Brush from the Pupa Professional Brush collection. For a line, place the colour above the waterline or along the upper lash line. It's a mono eyeshadow in a single shade, 004 Golden Brown, with a content of 1.4 g. The formula is dermatologically tested.
