The Made To Last Definition Eyes from Pupa Milano is an eye pencil with a creamy soft texture and high pigmentation. The formula is water-resistant and long-lasting, and the finish is matte.
The pencil has a twist-up tip. You twist out the point to the length you need, so a sharpener isn't necessary. You draw a line along the waterline, following the shape of your eye.
Besides using it as an eye pencil, you can also apply the Definition Eyes as an eyeliner or as an eyeshadow. Because the formula is water-resistant, you remove the pencil with a two-phase remover.
The shade is 100 Deep Black. The pencil is dermatologically tested and is produced in Italy. After opening, it can be used for 12 months.
