The High Definition Eyebrow Pencil from Pupa Milano is an eyebrow pencil with a very fine tip. You first draw the contour of the eyebrow with it and then fill in the rest with small strokes, so it looks as if you are drawing in individual hairs. The intense pigments provide coverage, even in places where the eyebrow is thinner.
The pencil is waterproof and long-lasting. According to the manufacturer, this is thanks to film-forming agents in the formula, which prevent the colour from fading. The formula is also enriched with vitamin C derivatives and vitamin E, two antioxidants.
At the end of the pencil there is a small brush. You use it to brush the eyebrow hairs in the desired direction and to soften the lines you have drawn. Shade 001 Blond matches light blonde hair.
The product is dermatologically tested and made in Italy. Once opened, it keeps for six months.
