The Pica 150/46 is made for jobs that are difficult to do with a regular marker: making marks in deep holes and in hard-to-reach places. The extended tip protrudes far enough to reach those spots.
The ink is permanent and alcohol-based, and marks on almost all types of dry surfaces. The marker can be used for 24 hours without putting the cap back on, so you don't have to close it between marks.
The tip itself is made of stainless steel and can be adjusted yourself, giving up to three times more marking capacity. If the tip wears out, you turn it around: push the telescopic tip back with a brush, remove the tip, turn it 180° and put it back. You can do this several times, so the same tip gets a second, third and fourth life.
The marker comes in a case with a special clip and has an anti-slip grip, so you can operate it with one hand.
