Capsule lamp with G9 base. An LED lamp in capsule shape with a transparent housing and warm white light. The lamp is rated at 25 W.
About this product longer description
A capsule lamp is a small, rod-shaped lamp without a separate glass cover. The light source sits directly in the housing, which means this model fits fixtures where a regular bulb won't fit: recessed spotlights, wall lights, chandeliers and furniture lighting.
The G9 base consists of two loop-shaped pins. You slide these straight into the socket; turning, as with a screw base, is not necessary. A G9 lamp only fits a fixture with a G9 socket.
The housing is transparent, so the light is not diffused by a frosted cover. The light colour is warm white, the yellowish light colour you find in living rooms and bedrooms. As an LED lamp, this capsule works with LEDs instead of a filament.
