Angel Fantasm Eau de Parfum Sensuelle by Mugler belongs to the amber fragrance family and has a gourmand, fruity character. The fragrance is built up in three layers that follow one another over the course of the day.
The opening consists of a pineapple accord. Then the heart takes over with a coconut accord and a tiaré cream accord, together making a creamy, exotically sweet layer. As the fragrance develops further, the base notes come forward: patchouli and Bourbon vanilla, complemented by woody notes.
The perfume comes in a black star bottle, a design that goes back to Mugler's artistic director Casey Cadwallader. The bottle is refillable: you refill it with a separate 100 ml refill, or at the Mugler fountain in a perfumery that sells the brand.
For applying, Mugler describes the so-called Mugler Cloud ritual, where you spray the perfume into a cloud and walk through it. More classic is a V from shoulder to shoulder, or aimed at the pulse points.
