This eyeshadow from Deborah Milano's Color Lovers line is a mono eyeshadow: one colour per compact, instead of a palette with fixed combinations. You build your own selection with the shades you actually use.
The formula is a powder with a shimmery effect. Mica and synthetic fluorphlogopite give the pearlescent sheen, while calcium sodium borosilicate and tin oxide enhance light reflection. The result is a shimmery finish rather than a matte one.
Alongside the colour pigments, the ingredients list also includes sweet almond oil, argan oil and tocopherol (vitamin E). Carnauba wax and dimethicone are part of the base of the pressed powder.
