The Quickliner For Lips from Clinique is a lip pencil you use as a base under or an outline around your lipstick. The pencil keeps the lipstick in place, so the colour doesn't fade and doesn't bleed along the edges of your lips.
The pencil doesn't need to be sharpened. So you don't need a pencil sharpener to keep using it. The finish is matte, without shine.
This lip pencil is dermatologically tested. When applying, make sure the product doesn't come into contact with your eyes; it's not intended for internal use. After opening, the product can be used for 24 months or longer, unopened for more than 30 months.
