The Camry CR 1382 is a travel kettle with a capacity of 0.5 litres, intended for use while travelling, at the campsite, in a hotel or at the office. The capacity is enough for several cups in a row, while the compact design and lightweight housing make it easy to take along.
The heating element is made of stainless steel and is concealed in the base, so it doesn't come into contact with the water. The jug and housing are plastic and BPA-free. A water level indicator shows how much water you've poured in and an indicator light shows that the appliance is switched on.
In terms of safety, the kettle has boil-dry protection and automatic shut-off as soon as the water boils. The handle stays cool during use. The cable is 0.70 metres long; the appliance is not cordless and doesn't run on 12 volts. Operation is manual, without adjustable temperatures. The kettle comes with 2 cups and a spoon.
